Terms of Service for Tree Traction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services at Tree Traction. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge the receipt of our services outlined below.

1. Services Provided

Tree Traction agrees to provide the following services:

Set up and management of advertising campaigns on agreed platforms.Provision of customized follow-up software.Organization and management of leads.Customer support during normal business hours (9 AM - 5 PM MDT).

These services are inclusive of those agreed upon at the date of signing the contract. Any additional services offered by Tree Traction in the future will be optional and may incur additional fees, subject to the Client's agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Pay for advertising at the beginning of each billing period.

Actively manage their calendar and update customer statuses within 2 business days of an event.

Engage with the Tree Traction team on Slack and respond within 3 business days during the trial period.

3. Subscription Fee & Trial Period

The Client agrees to pay the trial cost before any advertising begins.

Post-trial, the Client will be automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription at $3,000 USD unless canceled per the cancellation policy outlined in these Terms.

Payments made via credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

4. Payment Failure

In case of payment failure, the Client must provide a new payment method within 48 hours. A 15% penalty will be charged on the outstanding balance monthly until full payment is received.Services may be suspended during periods of non-payment.

5. Guarantee

Tree Traction guarantees a minimum of 15 leads by the end of the trial period.Should this target not be met, Tree Traction will continue to provide its services at no additional cost until the minimum number of leads is achieved.

6. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time via written notice in their designated Slack channel or through the "Billing Settings" on our desktop site, at least 2 business days prior to the monthly renewal date.Upon cancellation, access to software and services will terminate at the end of the current billing period.All customer data and advertising assets remain the property of Tree Traction post-cancellation.

7. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association, located in Provo, Utah, and conducted in English.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

9. Modifications

Tree Traction reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your consent to such changes.
