1. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services: Once payment is made for our services, it is non-refundable. We commit resources and begin work on your campaign immediately upon payment, which necessitates this policy. We encourage our clients to review all service agreements and discuss any concerns with us prior to making a payment or signing an agreement.
2. Delivery Policy
- Service Initiation: Our lead generation and marketing services commence immediately upon the successful processing of your payment. You will receive confirmation of service initiation via email.
- Access to Tools and Reports: Clients will gain access to our proprietary software and tools as part of the onboarding process, which typically begins within 1-2 business days following payment. Detailed performance reports and metrics are accessible through the client’s dashboard, which is updated in real-time to reflect campaign progress.
3. Return Policy
- Service Returns: Due to the nature of digital marketing and lead generation services, returns of services are not applicable. However, we strive to ensure the highest client satisfaction and performance standards. Should there be any concerns about the services received, clients are encouraged to contact their account manager to discuss potential adjustments or improvements.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Subscription Services: Clients may cancel their monthly subscription services by notifying their account manager at least 2 business days prior to the renewal date. Notifications must be made via phone or through designated communication channels such as Slack.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, access to software subscriptions and ongoing campaigns will cease at the end of the current billing period. Please note, all customer data and advertising assets generated during the campaign remain the property of Tree Traction and cannot be exported or used outside of the subscription term.
