Service Delivery

Tree Traction delivers direct mail marketing services via USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). All mail pieces are printed, prepared, and distributed through the United States Postal Service.

Campaign Setup Timeline

Campaign setup — including neighborhood targeting analysis, custom mailer design, client approval, and print production — is completed within 5–10 business days of signup. Once printed, mail is delivered to the post office for distribution.

Mail Delivery

Mail delivery follows standard USPS timelines. From print to mailbox, delivery typically takes 10–14 business days. Tree Traction follows up with each post office to verify delivery and confirm distribution schedules. Actual delivery times may vary based on USPS processing and local post office schedules.

Performance Guarantee

If we fail to meet the stated performance guarantee outlined in your service agreement, we will continue running your campaigns at no additional charge until the guarantee is met, or provide a partial refund at our discretion. Specific guarantee terms are defined in each client's individual service agreement.

Cancellation

All service agreements begin with a three-month initial commitment. After the initial commitment period, clients may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to support@treetraction.com. Any campaigns already in production at the time of cancellation will be completed and delivered.
